Starting my own fractional HR consulting firm was driven by a deep-seated passion for empowering businesses to thrive through effective human resource management. With over a decade of Global HR Leadership experience, working in various roles across different industries, I recognized a recurring challenge: many small to mid-sized companies struggle to access high-quality HR expertise due to budget constraints. I saw an opportunity to bridge this gap by offering flexible, on-demand HR services tailored to meet the unique needs of these businesses. By doing so, I could help them optimize their human capital without the overhead costs of a full-time HR department, enabling them to compete more effectively in their respective markets.
